Pasta Villa is where you go to be Guido's guest. He is the owner and very attentive to his guests. The food is outstanding -- try the stuffed escarole appetizer; The only downfall is poor ventilation in the bar area where smoking is allowed and you must walk thru the bar to reach the dining area; the smoke overpowers and stays on your clothes forever. Recommendation -- a diner's only entrance and become the Town's best
